Seattle: Baby Greens Quality Issue Winter 2017

To our guests,

Heavy rains in our growing regions have led to widespread challenges in the industry for cultivation of baby greens, especially baby spinach and baby kale.  During the next few weeks we may not be able to source baby greens that are up to our quality standards and we apologize in advance if we experience an outage of your favorite greens.  Our produce vendors have been working very hard to maintain a steady supply of mixed greens, but the mix may look a little bit different from day to day, depending on what crops are available.  Thank you for bearing with us during this time and we look forward to offering our full greens selection as soon as mother nature allows.
