To order by phone, please call us at 877.567.9240. We ask that all orders be finalized by 12 pm on the business day prior to your delivery date (subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis). To ensure the delivery date and time of your choice, we encourage you to place your order as early as possible as mid-week days can reach capacity early.
Our office hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. If you contact us outside those hours, we'll do our best to return your call ASAP!

Individual lunches with your choice of sandwich (half or whole) or salad (small or medium) served in a recyclable box with a chocolate chip cookie, and potato chips. Whole fruit is available to add to any box for an additional charge.
All your favorite sandwiches packed in a recyclable box. Order an assortment or sandwiches of your choice, priced per half sandwich.
Order salad bowls in small or medium for one, large to serve 5-7 people, or extra large to serve 10-12 people. Salad bowls come with our house recipe plant-based dressings + compostable serve-ware on the side.

What is your order minimum for delivery?
Our minimum order is $75.
We deliver to most of the Seattle/Eastside area for a nominal fee of $15. Delivery upcharges will apply to deliveries outside the standard delivery zone.
We can offer extended delivery as far as Tacoma, Everett, and North Bend - please call us to learn more about minimums.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday thru Saturday, 9:30 am-1pm. We do not currently offer catering on Sunday. If you have a special request give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is the cutoff time for next day catering orders?
12PM the business day before delivery.
We accept orders on a first-come first-served basis and capacity is often reached, sometimes days in advance. We do encourage you to place your orders as soon as possible.
If you do have a last-minute catering order request, please contact us as soon as possible and we always do our best to accommodate, a 20% auto-gratuity will apply to all same-day requests.
How do I pay for my catering order?
We require a major credit card at the time of order placement. If you’d like to set up a corporate account, please contact email@example.com or call 206-686-9711 EXT 504 for more information.
Do you accept cash tips?
We encourage gratuity to be added at the time of order placement for quick and easy checkout, however, you may leave a cash tip with the driver if you choose.
Any gratuity added will be distributed equally between the Catering team non-exempt production staff and drivers.
Where do you deliver, and is there a charge?

Do you offer hot foods?
No. All our foods are prepared cold to ensure quality upon delivery.
Do you work with dietary restrictions?
Yes! We offer several vegan and vegetarian options across our menu and use 100% plant-based aioli and dressings. All our sandwiches can be produced on gluten free bread at an additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that meetings and events get cancelled or changed and require a minimum of 24 hours-notice prior to your delivery time for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before your scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% charge.
Do you provide plates, napkins, utensils and setup?
Yes; complementary eco-friendly plates, napkins, and utensils are included for all your guests upon request. You may also request setup assistance at no additional charge.
Can I request a quote before placing an order?
Yes, you may fill out the quote request form here and we will put together a custom quote for your review. Please remember that we often reach capacity early and encourage you to lock in your quote if you would like to proceed with an order.
